To be legally permitted to tutor anyone on how to drive in the UK, you have to pass the DVSA Approved Driving Instructor exam. 1) The exam is divided into three parts. The first part is a multiple choice exam which covers hazard perception. The first part of the test is similar to the ones that learner drivers take but it is tougher.
